This video looks pretty sick. Played the first one years ago, and it was okish. This looks totally different.

Beyond Good and Evil has a legacy that goes beyond just its title and name. Those that played it on GameCube, PS2 and Xbox enjoyed it immensely, but for publisher Ubisoft, there always remained that one tiny problem: nobody played it. However, that didn’t stop (and shouldn’t stop) the publisher from developing a sequel to the highly acclaimed third-person adventure starring the photojournalist, butt-kicking Jade. Aside from a teaser released one year ago, fans had little to salivate over – until now.
Footage of what looks to be Beyond Good and Evil 2 has hit the web, although we can’t confirm its origin at this point in time. What we can say is that the woman, seen only from a third-person perspective, looks a whole lot like the Jade we spied in the teaser. The video shows the figure running from police in a crowded city. As far as we can tell, the video isn’t actual gameplay, but it certainly gives us a better idea of what we can expect if it is in fact Beyond Good and Evil 2. We can’t wait until the game is released, which, unfortunately, may not be until some time next year. Hopefully, we’ll get more information on Jade’s next adventure at E3.
