I have a color LaserJet 2840 that I just reinstalled on my system (new hard drive) and noticed the digital imaging icon is missing from the system tray. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software about 3 times to no avail...I disabled Norton Internet Security although I forgot SystemWorks. I did do some online research and I know it is related to C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqtra08.exe...even tried to make it run manually and it will not start...kind of like something is blocking it from running properly. The interesting thing is that if I go the task bar properties, customize, past icons I can see the icon with a red line through it that says "terminating digital imaging monitor." I also uninstalled and went to the HP website and reinstalled the sofeware that way and it did not change anything. When I installed it on my other hard drive it installed fine and I never had a problem. How would I go about getting the icon back and working properly?

Thanks in advance for your help.
