Hi, I just downloaded Insider PC Secrets, an overclocking program that requires you to download several different software with its links. Whenever I try to connect to one of their links I get a "page cannot be displayed" message. The program suggests that my Internet is corrupted, but I used multiple online tutorials to fix this and had no results. Is there any way to tell whether or not my Internet is truely corrupted?

No; unfortunetly, the program works so that the link site addresses are not reveiled so that no on who has not bought the product can use them.

Actually I found a link to one of the downloads that doesn't work. It's a disk defragmenter tweak: http://www.virtualkingdoms.com/download/1.reg
Please see if you can connect to the website. If you can't, then it must be a problem with their servers.

Looking at their main page, http://www.virtualkingdoms.com/, it looks like a scam to me.

They pay to link to thier site. That I do not trust. To me it is a sleazy way of advertising.

HJT Noob. Its happened to millions of others too. But thats what we are here for. If you every want to purchase another program just post a new topic on the forum and I'm sure that some of our members will have had experience with it and can give some timely advice.

Most times you can get a free program that can do the same things as paid ones. See Freeware replacements for common commercial apps in our forum for some good examples of this.
