Hi Could you please help me I have downloaded MSN messenger 7 and I cannot sign in it comes up with firewall HTTP Proxy Server 81000364 I have put it on several times with no joy Regards Davyboy 14

Have you made changes so that your firewall will handle the new version?

I have sp2 service pack two with firewall on. I have switched the firewall off but I still cannot sign in msn messenger 7 still no joy I put msn messenger 7 on my other computer it went straight on no troube Regards Daveboy 14

if you still have windows msn remove it from programs, that should do it
