Duplicate programs & processes

My system has slowed down greatly, I know my ex when to a lot of xxx porn sites, but I have done many scans since then. I notice when it locks up it appears to be duplicate processes running. How to safely get rid of them?

Some duplicate processes are necessary, like services.exe. What are you seeing for duplicate processes that concern you?
