USB missing stick

Hi mates

I have a problem

My Xp cannot open USB

When I plug in there is a confirmation at clock that one USB is pluged in but there on My computer location I can't find any icon of USB to open

I tried to open from run command but doesn't worked

What do you think

How can i solve this problem??

Your PC seems to be infected (or had infected) by malware like Conficker

It happen too on mine :trumpet:

Or u can uninstall existing USB mass storage driver by :

1. Attach your USB Disk

2.Right click on MyComp => System prop => Device manager

3. Search "usb mass storage"

4. Then right click an choose uninstall...

5. Reconnect...and done :thumbsup:

If it wont work, probably conficker doing this;

(When it want infected via autoplay, you had disabled it, so it want reconnect till autoplay can run)..

So far that i know

All drivers are ok

There isn't the problem

Has the drive you are trying to use ever been used on that computer ?

I have discovered that not all USB flash drives work on all front USB ports.
If you are plugging it in to a front USB port try it in a back port .
OCZ StealthXstream 700W,Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R , E8500, Arctic Freezer Pro 7, 3GB G.Skill PC8500,Gigabyte Radeon HD 4850 OC [1GB ], Seagate 250GB SATA II X2 in RAID 0, Samsung SATA DVD burner.

Ok :flowers:

You may need to uninstall your usb disk driver installed on your computer by download USB Deview (nirsoft.net) :trumpet:

It listed usb hardware that had attached your PC before.

Then remove ours usb flashdrive driver :inlove:

Reconnect and... :thumbsup:
