whats the Best server for internet cafe?

Hello Everybody :-) Im looking for information regarding Operating systems for servers.. Which is the most stable and reliable for internet cafe. Will a WIndows 2003 server capable enough? or the linux red hat? Mccafee? there is a lot of operating systems but i don't know what the advantage and the disadvantage for each software...

My suggestion would be to use WinXP for the server but then to also get InternetCafe software that has a host and client option ie. My Cafe Cup

This will save you both money and alot of effort
