Is there a way to invite a large group of people (say 500 names) to a session/seminar or event, so that one individual does not see other individuals' names?

Thanks for any advice.

regards

When you compose a new message, click on Options, just to the right of Send.
Choose BCC, enter the addresses in BCC.
If you already have BCC showing as an option under the To: field, click on BCC to bring up your address book. The names you choose will automatically be entered in BCC.

thanks Queen-Evie - sorry I wasn't very clear - I meant to ask about Outlook CALENDAR. I know about the email facility but just wasn' t sure if I had to use email or whether it COULD be done using the Calendar - if there is such a feature.

:-)
