My computer Can' Find my WiFi card

i have a belkin F5D9050 and when ever i plug it into my usb drive it makes the sound thats sometihing was just plugged in, but it doesn't say it found it and soesn't work.

Did you install the drivers for this wifi card?

I tried, but it isn't supported by my new operationg system, and i cant find a vista driver

If it's not supported by the OS & you can't find the driver for it & the OS it simply isn't going to work,
OCZ StealthXstream 700W,Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R , E8500, Arctic Freezer Pro 7, 3GB G.Skill PC8500,Gigabyte Radeon HD 4850 OC [1GB ], Seagate 250GB SATA II X2 in RAID 0, Samsung SATA DVD burner.
