Besides running "Windows Update" from "Internet Explorer". Is there any kind of program, that shows what you computer needs updated on and automatically installs it?

Windows updates are provided by MS, period.
The only place to get them is from Windows Update.

There was a site that had all of the updates in a download that could be installed offline but MS made them discontinue it.
