I cannot access internet through internet explorer.

I get redirected to this web page every time "http://ask.askredir.com/search/cfg_redir3.jhtml?id=FE&psa=8DC7E9A4-317E-4FAE-9377-CF24060EAFB1&url=http://www.ask.com/web&l=dis&o=13018&gc=1&gct=dns&ind=2008092000&q=www%2emsn%2ecom

I can access internet explorer through safe mode and I also can access internet through FIRE FOX.

Hi bird02,

This sounds like a browser hijack. Internet Explorer is the usual target for these.

Please go here and post your problem (do not post any logs on this forum though) and let someone do a scan and clean.

You may need to transfer fix tools to the infected computer from a clean one so make sure you can get access to a clean PC and a removable device such as a flashdrive.

Good luck
