I have ran my anti-virus, adware, spyware programs and they find nothing. Everytime i try to get online I have to create a new dial up account, after I get online the number changes again. What do I do to fix this?

does it change to an international or 800 number?

you have a dialup hijacker then... you need to get (save to desktop)
and run (in this order)

just doubleclick on the cwshredder icon on the desktop, and click on fix.
it will automatically find and remove coolwwwsearch and its namesakes...

SpyBot Search & Destroy download from Download.com
make sure that you are still dialed up and double click the installer icon
and install Spybot on your machine. it has options on installing that
allow for immediate updating of the software. allow it to do this and
then when the program comes up select "fix problems".

hopefully this can fix the problem... if not, get the next software:

Adaware personal from download.com
this program's interface works almost the same as spybot's but it detects
and removes other products... it also needs updates like spybot.

if this does not fix it, download the next item:
Hijackthis from download.com
and follow the directions listed here:

How To Submit a HijackThis Log for Analysis
and the guys there can take it from that point on.

hope this helps!
