So, Norton had detected this virus in my System32 folder that it could not fix.. So I booted in Safemode and ran a full system scan hoping it would work then. It still could not delete the file. Trying to delete it manually, it told me the file was in use, so I check my processes and low-and-behold, there it was. If I try to end the process, it comes back with another random name. As far as I know, I can go in my registry and delete the autorun file for it.. but I just dont quite know how. If I could get instructions on how to find it in my registry, it would help.
