I have a virus that my Norton virus protection keeps popping up a window but it cannot delete the sapahore.dll file.

I see in my registry that it has this entry"Rundll32.exe "c:\WINDOWS\system32\sapahore.dll",s "

HAve tried deleting that entry with no success. In order for me to be able to use my pc I have to turn off Norton so otherwise I can't print or do much else due to the Norton alert messages constant popping up.

thank you, I would appreciate any help! Nap2009
