Hi folks I hope u can help, I am running XP o/s sp2 but lost the disk and downloaded three different antispyware programs but to no avail.I read in a similar forum to run a scan with OTScanit2, which I did and I also downloaded Avenger and extracted the files. If this is the correct way to analyze the problem I have attached the scan report for you to check if there is dll's that are causing the problem.Sincerely, Tailorjack
