Internet Explorer Settings

I have Internet Explorer 7 on my PC. The OS is XP Pro SP3

After reconfiguring the internet security settings in Internet Explorer 7 I am unable to download an exe. file from Super Anti Spyware. A message is displayed stating "This download is blocked by your Security Zone Policy - superantispyware.com". I have tried altering different settings but I have not succeeded in overcoming the problem.

Please referring this thread to configure Internet Explorer 7 properly.

Could you please advise me which security setting I need to alter that will allow this exe file to download.
