when starting my computer I run into a wwindows recovery error. the computer begins to start up, a blue screen flashes which is too quick to read, and then it starts over. when i try to start in safe mode it loads all the way to crcdisk.sys, freezes, and the starts over. i tried to boot directly from the disc, but it loads to the aqua gradient background and stops there. I can move the mouse around the screen but nothing else ever comes up. i also tried replacing the hard drive- same problem.
