I was able to get as far as booting it from a dvd, but when i did it just sayed run windows normally and upgrade from disc. I went to the upgrade folder and there wer two setups called "netfx" an exe called "netfxupdate" and a archived file named "netfx1".
What do I do?

Itís actually being suggested that users do a clean install, rather than an upgrade in most cases.

Perhaps you donít have the correct partition setup?

Hereís a link to the installation instructions from Microsoft, these might help: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7...structions.aspx.
