Router causes NAT

Basically, I'm talking about online gaming. My router seems to block peer to peer connections, thus other users need to connect via network address translation (NAT).

I have a Siemens Gigaset SE567 modem/router. I have tried portforwarding, enabling and disabling many settings in my internet options (Such as uPnP). But to no avail.

Any other information you need I would be happy to provide.
