Hey everyone, this is the old ladies computer this time and now I know where to go. Anyway she is definitly infected with the Google-redirect virus, and I believe also infected with rootkits because MBAM cannot remove them, and they seem to just come back stronger.
Comp Specs:
Windows Version: Windows XP Professional x86
Service Pack: 3
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+
Memory(Ram): 446.4 MB

Symptoms:
Can see that the computer hits the google-redirect.com when going to a new website, and when clicking on links that should not open a new page, it still does and goes to a page not having anything to do with the subject. MBAM reports multiple infections everytime.
Here is a pic of the redirect:

EDIT: Also I cannot install Super Anti-Spyware, I get the installer error, but am able to install other programs just fine.
I currently have:

MBAM 1.36 with latest update
Hi-Jack This 2.0.2
CCleaner
They are all installed and run fine.
I will await your instructions.
Thanks in advance.

I figured it out, my wife got infected with W32/Virut or one of its variants, it spread to every .exe & .scr, so I have decided to do a full reformat, and reinstall windows. Mods please close this thread.
Thank you guys for your quick attention!
