Hello all,

I have heard that this was a great place for computer help, so I am hoping you guys/gals could help me...

My computer has recently come down with some sort of serious problems. I will list the symptoms:

1. popups constantly appearing
2. redirected to other pages (usually "ads" for virus/spyware removal software that are obviously fake) when I try to click on web links
3. I can't open most links that are linked to "help" pages
4. Constantly getting this message when I open any program/file:
win-nodisk exception processing message: c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

I have updated my McAfee virus program, and run about 4 scans... each time it comes up with more and more "problems." I have also run SpyBot, Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpyware, and each time I come up with viruses/trojans. I follow the directions (quarantining, removing) but the problem seems to be getting worse, rather than better.

If someone could help, I would beso very appreciative... my computer is only 2 years old, and I would hate to have to replace it.

Thanks!
Chris
