my computer seems slow when downloading files or loading other web pages. It started just this morning after I installed the WMI thing from Microsoft. I'm not really sure if it was legit but now there's a wmiprvse.exe running. It's located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem and a corresponding WMIPRVSE.EXE-28F301A9.pf file in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch

Is the wmiprvse.exe process affecting it?
