Hi All,

I am from NJ and have been elected computer repair support for my extended family and friends. I have been doing it for several years and it has worked out OK so far. Now my brother - in law's computer is infected with Vundo. I have lurked and read tutorials and guides here and elsewhere and tried most of the common recommendations. The infection still persists. I am getting my data together for the official help request post soon.

Thank you in advance for having a place to get new ideas.
