Infected with Vundo - help!

My McAffee software detected Vundo a week or so ago on my home PC. Apparently Vundo isn't so easy to fix. I would very much appreciate someone's help in cleaning this. My other option is the reformat the partition and reload the OS.

I'm running XP SP3.
