I bought a Sony mini DV and plan to do some vidio editing.
In the manuel that came with the camcorder talks about making
DVDs or vidio CDs. I know what a DVD is, but what is a vidio CD.

A video CD is a normal CD with video on it. It has a much smaller capacity.

Thanks for the info. I'm really stupid when it comes to computers, my mind just don't work like that.
Vidio editing is one thing I would like to get good at. I don't want to be a pro, just make good DVDs of my pets and travle.
Please bare with me because when I do get started I'm sure to have a lot of really dumb questions that I'll need answered.
