Hello-- I am wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a way to save "The Blue Screen of Death". I am having a problem with my system crashing and I get "The Blue Screen of Death" with a long error message that shows for abotut 3 seconds and then shuts down before I can read the whole message. . Does anyone know how I can save this message before the computer shuts down?? Thanks in aadvance for your time and help.

Hello.

Is this the same computer that I am currently working with you?

If so, this topic needs to be closed as I have mentioned already: "Refrain from making any changes to your computer including installing/uninstall programs, deleting files, modifying the registry, and running scanners or tools." Although this topic is not actually making too much changes I would like you to refrain from doing so.

Once we are done, you can Pm a MOD to re-open it if you need to.

And regarding your question, yes, you can save it before your computer shuts down. I can let you know in the other topic once we are done.

Thanks for understanding.

With regards,
Extremeboy

No problem.

I'll let a Moderator and higher know so we can close this topic to avoid further confusion etc... Once we are done at the HJT Malware Removal forum and if you need this topic re-opened just send a PM to one of the Moderators or higher and they should help you open it up
