windows wont fully start

i have a dell pc less than a year old. it wont reboot fully. windows try to start but it wont it ends on a blank screen.. i tried installing the windows disk but it isnt coming on.. can anyone help me

Hi, is the system under warranty? If so contact Dell to get this problem fixed but can you start the PC in safe mode? To start in safe mode press f8 key at start up, if you do get into safe mode then you can back up all your important docs ect.
You could then try a system restore.
