spontanious reboots

my windows xp just seems to reboot every so often.
i think its got something to do with a system error of the 102 category.
file name faultrep.dll. File version 5.1.2600.1232
This is what i understood from my system log.

can you guys help?

Do you have all the latest updates on your machine?

Also do this:

Please run two online virus scans:

http://housecall.antivirus.com/
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

Then let us know if its working better and what the scans found.

when i scan it reboots aswel

here is the signiture the error gives me

Please post a hijackthis log in the hijackthis log forums. There is a post pinned to the top of that forum that explains how to do this.
