I tried to turn on my Laptop and it is getting power(green light is on) but there is no screen. No fan sounds or anything. I am using a Dell Model PP01L. I think that's it. This happen before and I usually let the battery die completely but it takes about 3 days to let it die. But it seemed to always worked. I tried taking out the battery (Dell Li-ion) and waiting a minute before putting it back in. All that happens is it automatically turns on and does the same thing with the power and no screen. What causes this and how to I fix it? Thanks in advance.

I am planning on trying removing the battery for several hours and see if that helps.

Forgot to add it doesn't load anything ether. The loading light doesn't turn on or flicker. It worked find like 3 hours ago when I tried to turn it on again.
