Problems with IE

I've had several problems and have run scans with AVG,SUPERAntispyware, and Malwarebytes'
I can get rid of most problems, but Internet Explorer will not recognize home page settings and other URL's
Please advise if you have a fix
I believe my problems are related to Rogue. Installer or Rouge.reg tool

Hi,maybe i can see something from a log

Rerun MBAM like this:

Open MBAM in normal mode and click Update tab, select Check for Updates,when done
click Scanner tab,select FULL scan and scan.
After scan click Remove Selected, Post new scan log and Reboot into normal mode.
