How to find out what kind of soundcard you are using

Hi,

I had my computer worked on a few weeks back and the guy who worked on it fidgeted with the soundcard and it has since not worked. I am pretty sure that the card is connected, but the drivers are missing... i would download the drivers but all the information i am getting on what kind of card it is, is a yellow question mark in the device manager that reads 'multimedia audio controller'... i ran a belarc system audit, but my findings were inconclusive...

here they are, maybe you can make sense of it:

Unless you have added your own soundcard, you have onboard audio

Click on the + by installation for instructions on how to install
