I have Norton Internet Security on my computer and am using Windows XP Professional.

I received a message that I have a virus (trojan horse) on my computer. I ran a scan and NIS was unable to delete or reparir the problem. I also tried to find the file through Windows Explorer to delete it but it didn't seem to be there.

Can you all help me walk through the removal of this threat? I also read through and tried the steps on Symantec's website for removal but I'm obviously not doing something right because I still have the problem.
