Windows Explorer update

Help? Is anyone else out there having an issue with the "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page" after installing update KB963027 or Explorer 8? I have to unistall these before I can view anything!!

Yes. I cannot use Explorer at all now after the IE-8 update.
Im using firefox now. I tried to reinstall IE-7 and no go.
Im trying to find the answer here. I found one post,but no replies yet.

My problem has been solved by uninstalling Explorer 8 and 7.
Explorer 6 works fine.I then installed 7 and all's well.Explorer 8 is a problem for me.I dont know why.
