Hello, for the past three days I have tried to get rid of some viruses that got into my computer (Avira identifies them as TR/Dropper.Gen & TR/Crypt.zpack.Gen). They have blocked internet access, access to change or remove programs, and my computer no longer recognizes any flashdrive or external memory. Luckily CD drives still work. Malwarebyte's does not say there are any infections, but avira keeps saying that they are present & the problems remain. Included are the DDS and attached is the attach from the DDS. I don't know if its relevant or not but these scans were done in windows safe mode. Any help or insight would be much appreciated.
