hi, recently ive noticed that when i dont use my computer for hours, my screen saver doesnt come up. ive been searching around how to fix this, but i havent found anything.
oh yeah, i dont have an optical mouse either (because apparently it is one of the reasons why the screensavers dont work).
can anyone help me? any info would be appreciated. thanks in advance. (:

for starters, go into your control panel, click on Apperaance and Themes, click on Display or Choose a Screen Saver. See if you can get into the display properties, and the screen saver tab and check your settings, if you change them don't forget to hit Apply before you OK out.... drop the screen saver to 2 minuites just to test it...
see website and you tell me!

Hi Mishi

Check Control Panel, Power Options settings, and Control Panel/Display/Screensaver settings.

The type of mouse you use should not make any difference.

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers
