reformatting with reinstallation CD

after enough virus' i need to reformat. using this site as directed by quietman7: http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windowsxp_sg_clean.asp

i get to

and nothing happens when i hit enter to continue. tried hitting R and f3 and still nothing. what do i need to do?

$99 to drop it off at a local shop to reformat without date recovery? good deal?

I think you meant "data recovery" in your quote.

I don't think so, since any user can do a clean install if he/she has a valid license and an XP install CD...for less than $99.
