Hi Angiej and Welcome!

Start by following the Instructions in this link

We will leave Kaspersky Installed until the Trial Period runs out!

As soon as everything is completed in the link,Open Internet Explorer and Click Tools and then click Windows Update

Get Windows Updated to SP1 please!

Post back when all is completed!
