Can anyone please help, i'm having problems with my pc.

When i click on my computer or my documents i keep geting the message explorer has caused an invalid page fault in module SHPRRPRI

I can access the internet, but anything else on my pc i cant open.

Any help would be great!

Sorry the module is SHPRRPRT.DLL

Hello kimandallan and welcome to BC.

That file is associated with malware known as Shoppers Report. Its possible that you had that at one point and the majority of it has been removed by some means and this error is a leftover.
