I just upgraded one of our Acer notebooks here at work from Windows XP Home edition to Pro so I could add it to the domain and after joining, now I'm getting an eRAgent dw2221 message. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I know it's an application, but if I delete it, what harm might I do?

eRAgent seems to be a component of Acer eRecovery Management.

Part of Acer's eRecovery Management program. This program allows you to create and restore backups of your computer. It also enables you to restore your computer back to the factory default installation.
