Hello! I pulled some valuable information from this site yesterday, and today I'm back to join. I'm a former mainframe programmer and am now working in IT in a Windows environment, but no longer programming. I can usually handle most PC-related issues, but occasionally I get in over my head. Thanks in advance for all the brilliant advice I'm about to get.
