Spyware Doctor identifying non-existent Trojan Adclickers

I was going to post a topic about trojan adclickers being picked up by Spyware Doctor - I see that other people have already posted similar topics. However by searching on Google I have just found out that there has been a problem with the Spyware Doctor database which has led to it incorrectly identifying non-existent infections of this nature. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon - here is the link to the Spyware Doctor forum for anyone experiencing the same problem (or for any technical people attempting to fix such a problem):
