Welcome to BC

Thanks for the welcome, Mark. I do have a question: I posted my problem in the "Am I Infected" forum, but it's fallen down to the second page without any replies - are all questions eventually answered, or do some just fall by the wayside?

My understanding is that it's considered bad form to "bump" one's question back to the first page - should I just keep checking back? If I worded something incorrectly or if my post doesn't have enough information, do the moderators post a reply indicating that or do they move on to the next question?

I'm new here, and I'm not a technical person, so I don't want to do anything that is considered rude.
