Hello to everyone,

This is my first time to bc, but I am desperate and in need of some help. I have been have issues with my computer within the last 24 hours, but I didn't think it was anything. Now, I found out that I have a trojan horse on my computer. This trojan is called "Troj/Rustok-N". Does anyone know how to remove this virus, because I can no longer access my hard drives. I hope and pray that I will not have to wipe clean my drives. I have a lot of material on them, that I want to keep. HELP!

On top of all that, my cd burner stop working. I had a error code 39, which turned out to be a registry error. I was able to remove it, but after about two days, it stopped working all together. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled, double checked to make sure I didn't miss anything, but I am wondering if now I have to replace my burner. HELP any one please!

Welcome to BC
I suggest you start a new topic in Am I Infected?
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Besides giving a brief description of your problem, include what ooperating system you use and the make and model number of your computer might also be helpful
Good luck
Mark
