My wife started seeing an unusually high number of pop-ups over the weekend. Today, after I tried running simultaneous scans with Malwarebytes, AVG 8.5 Free, and Ad-Aware (pretty dumb, I know), she was having hard disk problems - instant reboot-type stuff. Ran chkdsk about 7 times, finally resulting in it fixing a bunch of things. However, the original problem, which I've not see, may yet persist. So, I did a HijackThis scan. Could you review the log and let me know if anything looks wrong?

I've never submitted here before, so I hope I'm following all the right protocols. I bumped around a bit to try and avoid looking too n00bish; let's see if I succeeded! Please help. :thumbup2:

Hello

Apologize for the delay in response we get overwhelmed at times but we are trying our best to keep up.
If you have since resolved the original problem you were having would appreciate you letting us know If not please perform the following below so I can have a look at the current condition of your machine.

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

Before we can continue, please post a fresh HijackThis log back here :thumbup2:
