Hello everyone here at bleeping computer! My name is Johnny and I just have a problem wit my computer. I'm only 15 years old but I want to b a computer know it all when i grow up so i joined this community. So it's like this. One day when I was on Msn messenger a friend sent me a message that said "Hey, is this you?" and it was a link to a .gif file including my email in it. Well than I downloaded it and accidently ran the .exe program now my computer is officially virus-fied. So I used NoAdware the registered version to get rid of it, now the real problem comes...Now when I use my computer(laptop) it sometimes restarts automatically.
By the way I ran the software Combofix a lot of times and it still didnít stop my computer from restarting so please help1 I canít even type something without knowing this laptop wont restart again. So it is hard for me to do my homework, just now my computer restarted when I clicked on post new thread I really hate it so I had to retype this whole paragraph so please someone out there help me please ASAP and thanks bleeping computer community I really appreciate all the help!
P.S also feel free to PM me I'll check it everyday.
Regards,
Johnny
Edit: I just ran a Noadware scan and I found a regkey virus I think its called kazza
and there is also backdoor.bifrose and a trojan.PWS.tans... and things after yes it said they're severe but then I delete them I don't know how but they jut come right back...
