Hello, was recommended to this site from a friend who previously tried to help me out. Anyways, i understand you guys are busy so i will get to the point.

Well for starters my normal browser of choice is Opera. And this all started a few weeks ago when i opened up Firefox for the first time in a few years(this is a very old machine)i'm not sure if its connected, but everything started happening shortly after i opened firefox.

To sum up my situation at the moment during random times of the day i hear music and advertisements being streamed from my computer, which doesnt stop unless i restart it. I've been getting mutliple errors on start up for a while such as dr watsons debugger. Whatever infected my computer made sure i couldnt use things like my task manager, so a friend told me to download the watchdog program. My connectopm has nearly been cut in half and everything runs slower then usual. Ive tried running programs like malware bytes and spybot in safemode but it only gets rid of a few problems, most of which come back later anyways. It also likes to mess with my spybot teatimer and gives me errors i can never get rid of. Anyways after tons of hours spent with me and a friend trying to remedy this problem we have found that the issues keep coming back. And to make matters worse, some how my recovery was turned off before the infections so i cant recover from an earlier point.
Would also like to add that when i scanned with malware bytes it gave me a pretty large number of infected files, some where around 400 or and since this is a shared home PC, it seems like a few issues went unnoticed for a while. The only name i can remember from my previous scan was Vundo, so hopefully that can help some.

Here is my Hijack This log, and hopefully you guys can get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for the help.
