Copy and Paste in Outlook Express 7

I am trying to copy and paste messages from a folder on my XP OS on my Dell PC Laptop. I can highlight the message(s), but when I right click on the mouse, 'copy/paste' is not an option.

Is there a way I can configure my OE7 to allow me to do this?
