windows cannot connect internet using http,https,ftp

itz rafiq my internet is not connecting when i used internet diagnosis tool it shows
windows cannot connect using http https and ftp this may be due to firewall settings on your computer
check firewall settings for http port(80)http port(443) and ftp port (21)

plz help me out
