My computer is crashing almost every time I try to right click and copy a file. It says that Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and must close.
Please find below the 2 error reports, I found on the event viewer, that are associated with these crashes.

I would appreciate some help on this.

Thank You

Hi .

Is your system current on XP critical updates?

Do you have a firewall, AV program, and at least one malware-detection program installed...updated...and capable of running reliable checks of the system?
