position XP login screen

I login using the 'Welcome to Windows' (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and the 'Log on to Windows' screen.
So, I not using the default XP login-procedure.
Where can I change the coordinates of both these screens on my desktop ?

You want to move that box that says "Press Ctrl+Alt+Del" to log in?
You don't want it in the center?

I doubt that its possible.
